We always strive to provide the best possible service, but there may be times when you feel this has not been achieved.
If you wish to make a complaint please write to our Practice Manager Mr Mohammed Imran or fill out the complaints form via this link or visit the practice to collect a form in person. Full details of your complaint will be taken and thoroughly investigated.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days. You may be offered an appointment to discuss the matter further.
