CHANGES TO HOW YOU ACCESS YOUR GP SERVICES
Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the way you access your GP practice has changed. You must now telephone your GP practice – DO NOT attend in person. Your GP practice will then arrange the best care for you depending on your need. This will likely be a phone call or video call. If you do need to see a doctor face-to-face, then this will be arranged for you and it may be in a different location. Alternatively, use the online NHS 111 service or call NHS 111.
Please be aware that the surgery is still open. Please call the surgery if you need to speak to a Doctor or need medical advice.
If the Dr feels that you need a face to face review this will be arranged usually on the same day. We have implemented measures to protect both patients, staff and visitors. If you do attend the surgery you will be asked to wear a face mask and attend alone or with ONE carer. Further details on how you can access our services can be found on the Covid-19 page.
If you have an appointment pre booked with a nurse or any other clinician and you or anyone in your household becomes unwell please do NOT attend the surgery and reschedule your appointment.
You can also book appointments through the Birmingham and Solihull Health App which you can download on your smartphone. If you need any assistance doing this please contact the surgery and a member of reception will be happy to help.
We want to reassure you that your GP practice is still here to look after you and your family.
