Charles Road Surgery Prescription Ordering Department (POD) A new quick and convenient way to order your repeat prescription. It’s simple way for you to order your repeat prescriptions. All you have to do is call our dedicated line on 0121 726 1126 or order via our app.
We are open Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:30
Repeat prescriptions will NOT be taken over the telephone unless the patient is elderly or house bound.
All requests must be made by:-
- calling POD on 0121 726 1126
- by following the link on this page to the online prescription service. Please note you will need to register for this service before you can use it. To register for this service online you will need to bring in identification to the surgery to prove your identity.
